The Core Area is home to the historic buildings at the SWIFT Center, which you can see in more detail in the downloadable map below. These buildings, placed in cold storage decades ago, need work to come back to useful life. Fortunately, the Port of Skagit has done most of the heavy lifting by bringing in RMC Architects to help reimagine these buildings for modern use.
